General Policies

For orders received prior to 12:00 noon Alaskan Standard Time, all effort will be made to ship the same day. All others will be shipped the next business day. Please allow approximately:
3-5 business days to West Coast
5-7 business days to Mid Coast
7-9 business days to East Coast
During the holiday season, shipping will take up to 48 hours to process.

For Express and Overnight deliveries please call for additional charges.

Local deliveries are charged as follows:
Anchorage - $10-13.00
Eagle River - $15.00

We can not guarantee same day local delivery.

Substitutions
We reserve the right to substitute unavailable products with products of equal or greater value.
