During the holiday season, orders could take up to 2 or 3 days, depending on the volume of existing orders already in the shipping process.

We primarily use USPS for shipping unless an alternative method is requested.

  • We ship only within the United States.
  • Shipments to hotels or hospitals are not available.

No refunds on shipping charges.
Additional charges may apply if a package is delayed or returned due to an incorrect address. However, if we are at fault, we will not charge an additional fee.
